The Baden Bungalow, the oldest school structure in the city, has been renewed to serve as a beautiful lobby and community space for Magnolia Plaza residents.

The Magnolia Senior Center, with its year-round classes and activities, prepares a monthly newsletter listing upcoming events and information of interest to Seniors.

The programs include health and exercise classes, adult education through local school district, a lunch program and many entertaining social events.

Nearby Orange Park features an indoor swimming pool, landscaped picnic areas, and tennis courts. The city sponsors several annual activities including an Art and Wine Festival and the Senior Christmas Bazaar.

Health Facilities
A number of full service hospitals are located within convenient distance of Magnolia Plaza. Kaiser Hospital is located on El Camino Real, less than 1.5 miles away. Seton Medical Center and Peninsula Hospital are located in the neighboring communities of Daly City and Burlingame respectively. Transportation
Two different SamTrans bus routes pass directly by Magnolia Plaza. These routes provide direct service to downtown South San Francisco, Tanforan Shopping Center, Orange Memorial Park, Kaiser Hospital, Daly City BART Station, South San Francisco Caltrain Depot, and downtown San Francisco.
